RPP – RECYCLING PRIORITY FACILITY
With RPP – Recycling Priority Facility, up to 80% of recycling material can be added. Recycling material is the determining factor in facility design. The mixer is directly placed under the drum in a sensitive way. The recycling material follows a flat and simple path along the entire system. The deviations of the recycling material which may result with blockage, sticking or clumping is prevented by this way.
With parallel flow drum system, up to 70% of recycling materials can be added. This system is a solution which proved itself for hot recycling systems. Parallel drum recycling systems are used in the entire world nowadays. This technology proven to be successful for years is continuously developed by BENNINGHOVEN. Through a parallel flow drum system equipped with a specially developed broiler, it is maintained to process up to 70% of recycling materials.
PARALLEL DRUM WITH HOT GAS GENERATOR AND OPPOSITE FLOW
Parallel drum which has hot gas generator in opposite flow maintains economical added value. Because, the rate of added recycling material can be increased at important amounts. (Up to 90+x% due to quality).
The material to be heated indirectly reduces the total energy required for the facility to work. This production process which is very efficient in the view of energy maintains the energy consumption of the facility to be less compared to the normal.
Emissions to be below the standard level shows clearly that this type of hot recycling systems are sensitive to the environment. BENNINGHOVEN exceeds current standards and pioneers the sector in this subject.
BENNINGHOVEN HOT GAS GENERATOR – BROILER SEPARATION ELEMENT
The broiler can move on its wheels automatically forward and backward due to its operating conditions. This system is especially developed to prevent the components inside the broiler to be damaged after the ignition is closed.
Due to the chimney effect and hot air rising from the RAP dryer drum related to this, the broiler can’t be protected without this separator. When the broiler is started again, the separator moves outwards and the entire unit passes again to operating position.
