Training Policy

Our training policy is prepared through analizing the needs of staff at certain intervals during the year. Those willing,required, or needing then have plans arranged to attend seminars, conferences, and workshops or the appropriate form of training including : personal development training – motivational training – management studies technical studies - ISG studies These forms of the training are seperated into on-site, off-site and distant-studies. All new personel are provided with general orientation training. Our goal in training (as a company) is set to 15 hours a person anually.
